Proud of Alyssa Johnston, an assistant director in our secondary center, who was named to the Newark Advocate's "20 under 40" list for 2023.
Alyssa is a great worker and leader at C-TEC.
Alyssa began her career at C-TEC as middle school career connections satellite teacher at Licking Heights, then moved on to become the district's career development coordinator. She is now in her second year as assistant director at the secondary center.
Community activities include vocational chairwoman for Pataskala Rotary. Member of Ohio Association for Career and Technical Education Student Services board. Licking County Chamber of Commerce Young Leaders member. Rotarian of the Year in 2022. Development of Career Connections curriculum for Ohio Department of Education.
Alyssa has a Master’s degree from Miami University, and a Bachelor’s from Miami.
She graduated from Watkins Memorial High School graduate in 2007.
