Program Content
In partnership with the Central Ohio Manufacturing Partnership (COMP), C-TEC is excited to lead central Ohio in launching a new entry-level program in manufacturing automation and robotics. This program is geared towards adults who are new to careers in manufacturing, and for existing employees seeking to upskill in their manufacturing career.
In a year, trainees will learn the foundational skills needed to work as an automation technician for area manufacturers. Through a combination of theory and hands-on lab instruction, trainees will master skills in the areas of:
Lean Systems and Industrial Safety
As part of this partnership, C-TEC is offering 10 full-ride scholarships to eligible trainees who are interested in enrolling in June 2022.
