Power Lineman Training

1For entry-level employment in the utility industry. Earn a Class D Power Lineman, and Class A CDL, 10-hour OSHA,  First Aid cards and CAST certification. Overview of the energy delivery system, qualify to climb poles, learn assembly of materials, tools, equipment, and perform bucket truck rescue, pole top rescue, installation of cross arms, basic electricity, operation of bucket truck and digger truck. Costs include tuition, books, CDL class, toolkits, belts and boots.  Valid driver’s license required.
