Our Career Development  Career Development Planning 
 C-TEC’s K-12 Career Development system provides students with access to the Internet-based Ohio Career Information System (OCIS). The system is an integrated career information and planning system with accurate, comprehensive and current occupational, postsecondary school and financial aid information. OCIS is designed to support exploration and lifelong career planning. It is an excellent resource for teens through adults.OCIS includes the latest available national, Ohio and local labor market information and projections. Video clips for hundreds of occupations are fully integrated into the system, showing real people in their workplaces with career information narratives. The Individual Academic and Career Plan (IACP) is a self-directed, online planning tool to help students with academic and career decision-making in the 21st century. The IACP is designed to facilitate guidance from parents/guardians and educators as students articulate aspirations, explore careers, set goals, plan coursework, identify internships and scholarships, and record grades and test scores. The IACP meets the digital expectations of today’s youth with 24-7 access for ongoing revisions and journaling of learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom.
