Our Career Development

Career Pathways
All occupations fall under these broad career cluster headings. These seven career clusters have
different levels of employment based, most frequently, on education and/or training.
Professional careers require the most education or specialized training, usually a four-year
college degree or higher. Technical careers normally require a two-year degree or specialized
training. Entry-level careers usually required only a high school diploma with a limited amount
of additional training. The list of careers on the following links is a partial listing obtained from
OCIS (Ohio Career Information System). It is a representative list only. For a complete listing
of potential careers, see your school counselor.
Check out the following links, sorted by district and sorted by cluster. They can help you prepare to take advantage of a tremendous
number of opportunities in your career cluster.
