Coughlin You Make A Difference: Please stop by the Attendance Office to pick up a nomination form for the Coughlin You Make A Difference Award and nominate a teacher who has made the biggest difference in your life.
Spirit Week: Friday's is C-TEC Spirit Day! Wear C-TEC colors tomorrow!
Scholarship: Any senior interested in an office-related career may stop by the Counseling Office to pick up a scholarship application.
JOG: JOG students that received WIA paperwork are reminded to return the signed and completed papers to Mrs. Morris by Monday, December 9th.
Class Photo: Class photo order forms are in the Counseling Office. If you want to order one, they are $8 and money is due by Friday, December 6th.
Library Media Center Contest: There is a new contest in the Library Media Center. For each book you check out in December, you will receive a chance to guess the number of candy pieces in the candy jar. The person whose guess is closest to the actual number of pieces will win the candy jar! The winner will be announced on December 20th.
Student Leadership Team: Anyone interested in becoming a member of the Student Leadership Team should stop by room 101 and pick up an application. The completed applications are due back to room 101 by December 20th.
Canned Food Drive: A group of Medical HOSA students will be collecting donated canned foods during all lunches in the cafeteria December 2nd - 6th. Not only will the canned foods be donated to the YES Club, but the lab that brings in the most items will win a Jeans Day! So when you bring in your items, be sure to put them in the correct program box provided so you can earn those Jeans Day points!
Licking County Scholarship: The Licking County Scholarship applications are now available. A representative will be here December 16th and January 9th during 10th period in the computer lab (room 409) to help you fill out the scholarship application. Please sign up in the Counseling Office to attend this session.
Attention Heath, Lakewood, Newark, Newark Catholic and Licking Valley Students: Heath LaSertoma is seeking applications for the 2014 Youth Service Award! See your Guidance Counselor for an application. The application deadline is December 13th.
Attention Granville Students: There will be an early dismissal Friday, December 13th at 1:55 p.m. for the Holiday Concert. A bus will be provided.
Attention Heath Students: Any girl who is interested in weight training and cardio workouts can attend work out sessions on Mondays and Fridays after school. Meet outside the weight room at 2:45 p.m. Bring warm clothes as you might be going outside.
Attention Lakewood Students: The senior panoramic picture and the 13-year club picture will be taken on December 6th at 7:45 a.m. You must be there no later than 7:45. You must provide your own transportation and arrive at C-TEC (and sign in) around 9:15 a.m.
Ads for Grads/Friendship Ads are due December 6th. Senior pictures must be turned in by January 17th to appear in the yearbook. More information is in your bulletin board basket.
Attention Licking Valley Students: There are Panther Tail newsletters in the Counseling Office for you to pick up.
Seniors: A wallet sized senior picture must be turned in by December 6th to be included in the yearbook. If you do not turn in a senior picture, we will use the photo taken by Bill Cost. If you have questions, please contact Deana Bennett or Leah Dudgeon at LV.
Attention Northridge Students: If you would like to try-out for the Quiz Bowl Team, please let Mrs. Kelly know. The test will be given Monday, December 9th during 1st period in the NR Media Center.
There is a sign-up sheet in the office for girls interested in playing high school softball. Conditioning will begin December 3rd with the first official practice February 24th. All girls must have an up-to-date physical. Pay to participate will be $200.
Seniors: There are new scholarship lists in your bulletin board basket for you to pick up.
Seniors: Senior pictures and baby pictures are due to Mrs. Hotchkiss (preferable by email) by March 1st. Your senior picture should be head-shots or at the most upper-body shots.
Attention Utica Students: Students interested in playing softball must attend a mandatory parent/player meeting in the UHS Cafeteria on December 8th at 6:00 p.m.
Tryouts for the spring musical, Once Upon a Mattress, will be held on December 9th. Any Utica student interested in trying out should sign up and pick up information on the UHS office counter.
