Whittle the Middle

Tone and strengthen your abdominals while creating a stronger, healthier back! Great core muscles are the foundation for a strong back. You can do it and we can help! Any fitness level. Please bring a stability ball and mat to class.

Start Stepping for a Healthy Heart
 
Step up your fitness program! Burn calories and improve your cardiovascular system while having fun with step aerobics. Take In conjunction with the Whittle the Middle class or alone. Any fitness level. Please bring your own step to class.

Tuition $48 per month for both classes.        
$25 per month for one class
Tuition to be paid to instructor every month on the first night of class.
