Whittle the Middle
Tone and strengthen your abdominals while creating a stronger, healthier back! Great core muscles are the foundation for a strong back. You can do it and we can help! Any fitness level. Please bring a stability ball and mat to class. No registration needed – just show up!

Aerobics and Strength Training
Improve your muscular strength and cardiovascular system while having fun with floor aerobics and Dyna-bands. Take in conjunction with the Whittle the Middle class or alone. Any fitness level.No registration needed – just show up! Instructor: June Billman
Tuition $48 per month for both classes.          CE7418
$25 per month for one class
T & TH            6 – 6:45 p.m    Starts Jan 5
Tuition to be paid to instructor every month on the first night of class.
