Auto Body Repair
Learn basic metal working techniques including metal principles, roughing, shaping and metal finishing procedures on vehicle sheet metal. Shop safety, proper tool usage, product application, plastic applications, sanding techniques, masking techniques and finishing procedures will all be covered. Basic refinishing will include basic trade terminology and practices, refinishing products, shop safety and equipment used in the automotive refinishing process.

American Home Inspectors’ Training Institute – AHIT
 
Learn to perform a complete home inspection, which combines communication skills with construction knowledge and business savvy. This intensive course offers expert training from experienced, certified AHIT, ASHI, NAHI, CREIA and TREC instructors. You’ll cover an extensive home inspection – from your initial contact to writing your final report.
 
Upon completion, you’ll be an AHIT trained, certified home inspector. This course includes valuable information on how to successfully start up, market and build your home inspection business.

2.  Receptacles – uses of 120- and 240-volt outlets, ground-fault protected outlets, and how to replace two-wire outlets

4.  Ceiling Fans – proper support and how to install with orwithout lights 
5.  Wiring – small appliances, dishwashers, disposals, range hoods and microwave hoods
6.  New Wiring – methods for installing new wire in existing walls 
7.  Fixture Repair – how to replace wire and broken parts in fixtures and lamps 
8.  Low Voltage Systems – phone jacks, cable jacks and doorbell systems 
9.  Landscape Lighting – wiring for landscapes and water gardens
