ABLE Program – Prepare for the GED and other tests
Adult Basic and Literacy Education (ABLE) is available at a variety of convenient times and at no charge. These classes are a great way to improve your employability or prepare to enroll in college or other training programs. You’ll learn how to use a scientific calculator (used in the GED tests), as well as prepare for the GED test. Power UP/ABLE Orientation
Completion of orientation is required before entering the Adult Basic and Literacy Education classes. At orientation, you will evaluate your current skills and prepare to study for your GED. 16, 17 and 18 year old students need special document prior to orientation. Your experience is all that’s needed to make a big difference in someone’s life. You’ll learn how to tutor non-reading or low-level readers and help students with math anxiety.
